Creamy Mustard-Dill Slaw
 
Yield: Approximately 8 servings
Ingredients
  • 7 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 1⁄2 cup shredded carrot
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Garnish: chopped fresh dill
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, and green onion. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, dill, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over cabbage mixture; toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Garnish with dill, if desired.
