This week, I have quite an exciting announcement for all my fellow sewing enthusiasts. Anyone who has been reading along on Ribbon for a while knows that one of my favorite places to use my creativity is my sewing room. Whether I am making an outfit or a tote for my granddaughter (remember Camp Gigi?), I absolutely love to sew!

Classic Sewing is published four times a year, and each issue features gorgeous patterns for children’s garments, gifts, and projects for everyday wear to elegant occasion pieces. Each design is created by the industry’s best designers and leading sewing celebrities. From now until December 16, 2018, Classic Sewing magazine is celebrating their three-year milestone with an Anniversary Sweepstakes!

I am truly blown away by these marvelous prizes. The sewing possibilities soar with each of them, and I can only imagine the beautiful projects that the winner will create using their new gear! Here’s a list of what you could win:

  1. That’s fantastic. I haven’t had a sewing machine since Hurricane Katrina swept through our home. For a former home ec major, that’s a very odd thing. Pfaff makes incredible machines.

  2. What a marvelous giveaway! Sewing is becoming a lost art. The more the sewing machines can do the more possibilities available to temp folks to return to making things. Over the years I have spent a small fortune having items embroidered with classic letter script or when the kids were young having animals and fun objects designed over holes and tears in their clothing. I can’t imagine having a grand sewing machine like this. What a gift!
