Bourbon Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar
  • ½ cup (120 grams) water
  • ½ cup (120 grams) bourbon
  1. In a small saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes; remove from heat. Let cool completely. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
