I love to get in my kitchen and cook scrumptious meals for my family. I can do a special occasion with the best of them. But just as important as those special occasion dishes are, everyday meals rank equally as high on my list.

Everyday meal creation at our house has to be easy to make with wholesome ingredients that are readily available in my pantry, which means less fuss in the kitchen and more time with my loved ones. A busy life doesn’t have to mean sacrificing those precious moments, or lots of flavor for that matter. And that is why I am thrilled to introduce to you our newest publication—Cook: Real Food Every Day.

We’re bringing a modern approach to something that has never gone out of style: gathering around the dinner table. Our test kitchen team has carefully crafted recipes to include nutritious, unique ingredients that will enhance your weekly meals, make meal-prep approachable, and keep cleanup to a minimum. A win-win-win, if you ask me.

Cook: Real Food Every Day is set apart in its dedication to providing recipes with short ingredient lists and even shorter cook times. By using the highest quality produce and stocking up on tried-and-true pantry staples, every recipe becomes an adventure in itself. Each issue is loaded with sheet pan suppers, Instant Pot recipes, and 5-minute morning prep tips. Five-minutes! Now, that is a meal-prep plan I can get behind.

With elevated and perfectly planned dishes in the pages of this new title, we can all stop dreaming of delicious dinners and actually give it go. And not to mention, the stunning photography is just too mouthwatering to pass up. So, let’s prep away and soak up each cherished dinner table conversation. I believe in us!

Find plenty of flavor and inspiration in our newest issue!

  1. This is wonderful! I cook dinner almost every night and love new recipes. I’m going out today to get this! It will be a Hoffman weekend at our house! Yesterday I came home with Brian’s Bake from Scratch cookbook and love it! Those French desserts and cakes are calling me even though I just started a diet! Yikes!!!

  2. Oh, this is so exciting! I can’t wait to get a copy, we eat at home almost every day, it’s rare for us to go out, and I’m always looking for new recipes that take advantage of fresh “real” food.
