Bravo to you! I gave up on cake mixes years ago and never looked back. It isn’t any harder to simply measure out the flour and sugar, and you aren’t ingesting the chemicals that box mixes use to lengthen their shelf life.
Having a bunch of recipes and ideas in one place like this is perfect.

Hi, Alice! There are a couple of gluten free recipes included, however, most of them do include regular flour.
